  • You’ll have space to gather. We’ll match your group with an appropriate event area so there’s room to connect before or after the adventure.
  • Bring your own food. Bring in favorites from somewhere nearby, and we’ll get you all set up.
  • Groups can go big. Typical corporate outings are around 15–25 guests, but larger private experiences and park buyouts are available.
  • No awkward trust falls required. Most groups simply want a memorable day together, and that’s exactly what we’re built for.

Yes, you'll have a reserved space to celebrate for an hour before or after your activity. Additional time for early set up is available for a fee of $200/hour.

Yes, you are welcome to bring outside food and drinks at no extra charge (Costco and Ka Makana All'i are only a mile away).

If you cancel more than 48+ hours in advance, you'll receive a full refund.

Nope. We’re flexible with the group size. Feel free to invite your favorite people out, whether that’s three or twenty-three folks.

When you first arrive, please check in at the front desk. An employee will guide you to your reserved space.

You can arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up. If you want more than 30 minutes, additional time is available for a fee of $200/hour.

The time limit begins from one hour before your tour or immediately after your activity is complete.

Yes you can! Book as many activities as you’d like and enjoy the private party space for each experience. For example, you’ll get three hours included if you book three activities.

The Important
STuff

Check in at the front desk 30 minutes before your start time. We'll have someone walk you to your reserved space. The time limit begins from one hour before your tour or immediately after your tour is complete. If you arrive late, the start time does not adjust. Early arrivals for set up are possible by paying the hourly rental fee. You will have one hour of celebration time following your activity.

All participants must sign this waiver prior to participation.
  • Minimum Age: 6 years old. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Minimum Weight & Height: 40 lbs / 4’9”. Those under 50 lbs or 4’9” will require an adult participant to lead them through the course. One adult can assist a maximum of two participants under 13 years old or under 4’9”.
  • Maximum Weight: 275 lbs. All participants weighed at check-in. If you are over the weight limit you will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be issued.
  • Securable, close-toed shoes are required. Athletic shoes are recommended. (We do offer a limited number of water shoes to purchase)
  • No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) besides that which is provided by Coral Crater.
  • We do not recommend participation with pre-existing injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.
  • If you are pregnant congratulations but, unfortunately, you cannot participate in this tour.
  • This is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in all weather conditions.
  • Tour durations are averages and vary due to group size and individual speeds.
  • If you choose to opt out of this activity at check-in or during the activity, you are not eligible for a refund.

Safety is our number one priority! Our expert guides are with you throughout the adventure, so leave your worries at home and come on out for an experience you’ll never forget!

  • Zipline Safety: You will always be accompanied by a guide on the tours. Our ziplines feature a modern braking system, which means that zipliners do not need to control their speed or stop themselves, allowing for all ages (within weight restrictions) and abilities to take part in this activity. These systems are tried and true to life-safe standards.
  • ATV Safety: Our guides will instruct you on some essential ATV riding techniques. Once you've gone over the safety briefing, then you’ll be ready to navigate this fun and challenging course. You get behind the wheel and follow an expert guide in a lead vehicle ahead of the group.
  • Adventure Course Safety: You will be outfitted with a full body harness and state of the art Clic-It system which synchronizes the open/locked positions of the two carabiners that ensures you are always connected to the line at all times. The freefall utilizes foolproof magnetic braking technology that slowly lowers you the rest of the way to the ground after a few seconds of pure gravity.
