Reopening Safety Measures

At Coral Crater Adventure Park we are committed to the health and safety of our community. Here are a few things we’ve been working on to continue building your trust and confidence.

Introducing New Cleanliness Standards

In addition to following social distancing best practices, we are raising the bar on our high standards for safety and cleanliness. We are proud to introduce our enhanced equipment disinfection and sanitation process designed to give you total confidence when you enjoy activities at Coral Crater.

Every harness, helmet, handle, hand hold and mask goes through a cleaning and sanitation process that follows U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

Upon entry to the park, employees undergo temperature checks using a touch-less thermometer. Any employee with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will be given a cool down period, if time allows, before they’ll need to do a recheck. If they still have a fever at the time, they’ll be asked to go home for the day.

Customer Screening

Upon check-in, guests will be asked questions about their health such as:

  • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
  • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
  • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

All guests are required to wear a face covering (face mask, bandanna, face gaiter, etc) during their tours/while on property. We highly recommend guests bring their own face covering with them.

Operational Changes

We’ve adjusted our available tour times to limit overlapping groups at our check-in building and to allow additional time to sanitize between groups.

Flexibility

We know that flexibility and convenience are more important than ever. Our 24 hour cancellation policy allows you to cancel with a full refund.
