Nowhere else in the world will you find high-flying excitement and exotic island cuisine and entertainment combined into one thrilling package. It starts with an adventure through the lush greenery of Oahu. At Coral Crater Adventure Park, expert tour guides get you geared up for your exciting ride. Zoom down six awesome lines, ranging from 300 to 900 feet in length. Reach speeds of 35 mph and enjoy the warm Hawaiian wind flowing through your hair! Watch the jungle canopy pass beneath you and get a panoramic view of the beauty of West Oahu.
Coral Crater is a family-friendly experience with state-of-the-art ziplines maximized for safety. The modernized braking system lets you enjoy the ride and not have to worry about stopping on your own. All you need to do is show up in comfortable, fitted clothing and closed-toed shoes and embark on a short walk up the hill to the start of the first zipline.
Once your heart rate comes down from thrill of your zipline adventure, make your way to Wet ‘n Wild in Kapolei for an evening of delicious food and authentic Polynesian entertainment. What could be better to follow a zipline excursion than the unforgettable experience of a Hawaiian party, and the Chief’s Luau was rated the best you’ll find in Hawaii!
Depending on the experience you choose, you’re greeted with either a shell lei, kukui nut lei, or a fresh flower lei and mai tai. Your host, Chief Sielu Avea and his family, lead guests in making traditional palm leaf headbands and provide interactive fun by teaching you how to throw a spear like old school hunters.
A day of soaring above the treetops and learning some Polynesian crafts works up quite an appetite, and there couldn’t be a better place to be hungry than at the Chief’s Luau with its sumptuous buffet. The star of the feast is the kalua pig, slow cooked in a traditional imu, or underground oven. The succulent pig roasts over hot lava stones for hours, covered with leaves to naturally baste it to juicy perfection. Kalua pork is a delicacy that’s a much-loved tradition of the Hawaiian luau. Accompanying the pig are other popular dishes like lomi lomi salmon, poi, and a delicious array of locally grown fruits and vegetables.
With your belly full and your spirits high, the evening continues with the entertainment, featuring Chief Sielu Avea, a world-champion fire knife dancer. Live performers bring to life Hawaiian traditions through classical song and dance culminating in the Chief’s fiery performance.
Natural beauty, high-speed thrills, mouth-watering food, and family-friendly fun come together for a day you won’t soon forget!
