Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

We strongly encourage reservations so we can be sure that we are able to get you on the activities that you want. If you show up at the park without reservations we cannot guarantee there will be space for the activities.

Check-in time is 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Please be on time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.

You will be given a full refund if you cancel your reservations with us 24 hours in advance. We cannot refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour. We cannot refund if you are late, miss the tour, or back out of doing the activity. Sorry!

We sell small snacks and beverages in our gift shop. We occasionally have food trucks in our parking lot as well.

We understand that sometimes a few members of your party prefer to play the role of spectator or are not big enough to participate. For those people, we have a turfed area with picnic tables they are welcome to relax on while other members of the group are out getting their thrills.

We run all tours rain or shine. Conditions such as high winds and lightning may require us to suspend and reschedule your tour.

As with any tour or service, it is customary to tip your guides if you are pleased with your service. Typically, 10-15% gratuity is adequate. Guides accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App for gratuity. Coral Crater does not accept tips on behalf of guides.

Bookings canceled with 24 or more hours' notice are refunded in full. Any reservation canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

Tour times are listed in the description for each activity.

Locker payments are taken by credit card only at the kiosk, but if you only have cash, you can rent a locker at the gift shop and the staff will open it for you. Rates start at $5 for two hours use of the small lockers.

Yes, parking is free.

Our courses surpass the Association for Challenge Course (ACCT) standards and pre-use inspections on both the safety equipment and course occur daily. Extensive training for our guides is provided by Synergo, a Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the ACCT. Synergo also completes our periodic course inspections. As with all activities, there are inherent risks associated with Zipline, the Adventure Tower, and off-road ATVs.

Safety is our number one priority! Our expert guides are with you throughout the adventure, so leave your worries at home and come on out for an experience you’ll never forget!

  • Zipline Safety: You will always be accompanied by a guide on the tours. Our ziplines feature a modern braking system, which means that zipliners do not need to control their speed or stop themselves, allowing for all ages (within weight restrictions) and abilities to take part in this activity. These systems are tried and true to life-safe standards.
  • ATV Safety: Our guides will instruct you on some essential ATV riding techniques. Once you've gone over the safety briefing, then you’ll be ready to navigate this fun and challenging course. You get behind the wheel and follow an expert guide in a lead vehicle ahead of the group.
  • Adventure Tower Safety: You will be outfitted with a full body harness and state of the art Clic-It system which synchronizes the open/locked positions of the two carabiners that ensures you are always connected to the line at all times. The freefall utilizes foolproof magnetic braking technology that slowly lowers you the rest of the way to the ground after a few seconds of pure gravity.

For all our activities, including Zipline, Adventure Tower, and ATVs, the minimum age is 6 years old. The minimum weight is 40 lbs. For our younger participants, there may be additional restrictions depending on the activity. Please review our website or your confirmation email for more details.

The maximum weight for any activity is 275 lbs per person. All guests are weighed at check-in. If you are over 275 lbs, you will not be able to participate and we will not be able to refund you.

Yes, all participants and observers must have a waiver signed. Participants under 18 years old must have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian. You can sign a waiver by clicking here.

We are an outdoor facility so dress for the weather. We operate rain or shine. Please wear closed-toed shoes for all activities. We include all the essential gear (helmets, harnesses, etc.) for each activity in the activity cost. Chances of getting dirty on ATV are high so bring a change of clothes, towels, and ponchos if you’re heading out to dinner afterwards!

Yes, closed-toed shoes are required. Crocs are okay as well. We also have a limited supply of water shoes you can purchase at check-in. Flip-flops and other sandals are not permitted.

You need to be reasonably fit to enjoy our tours. There is some walking involved between some of the ziplines as well as a portion that includes a short incline. Some of the walking paths may have loose footing and roots/rocks. Our tours are not recommended for people with back or neck injuries or for those with difficulty walking. You will need to be capable of carrying 15 pounds for the duration of your tour. Coral Crater reserves the right to cancel your tour if we are concerned about your physical well-being.

Congratulations! However, for safety reasons, we don’t recommend pregnant women participate in any of our tours. Please come join us in the future.

The beauty of our tours is that you do not require any previous experience or skills. Our friendly and professional guides will help you through your entire experience, from providing you with well-fitting safety equipment to leading you through the course.

Yes, it is possible for children 40-60 lbs. to tandem zip with a guide. Due to safety precautions, they cannot tandem with anyone other than our guides. Generally, if a child is under 50 lbs, they will have to go tandem with a guide. Kids over 50lbs are encouraged to go alone. Unfortunately, those under 40 lbs are too small to go on the tour.

Unfortunately not. An adult participant needs to accompany those under 12 years old on the activities.

The 2-Seater ATVs are four-wheel vehicles that drive like cars and are what you probably think of when you think about ATVs. The EzRaider Stand-Up ATVs are more like heavy-duty motorized scooters. They are e-vehicles made for one person to operate and are constructed to military-grade specifications.

The Adventure Course Extreme consists of a high ropes course of 18 obstacles AND also includes a freefall from 50′ and rock climbing walls. The Adventure Course is just the high ropes course of 18 obstacles.

Our safety equipment requires participants to be 4’9″ or taller to independently navigate the Adventure Tower. Participants who are under 4’9″ are still welcome to participate but need to be accompanied by an adult participant who can perform necessary safety tasks.
